"Off Piste" dance venues

Off Piste venues blend the thrill of a dance competition with the excitement of exploring other dance venues across centre of Birmingham.

Here are a few suggestions.

The Ruin on Floodgate - Street B5 5SR - are familiar with Rapper Dancing and they would be interested to see performances from some of our guest sides.

The Anchor on Bradford Street - B5 6ET - is very close to the Birmingham Coach Station and a short walk from The Old Library or Floodgate Street. Birmingham Rapper used to practise there back in the very early days in our manifestation of Jockey Rapper - Who Remembers That?

The Old Crown - B12 0LD - is a pub next door to our Friday night Registration venue. It can get busy however Birmingham Rapper have danced there in the past. If you ask nicely and they have space the front Bar is a good space to perform in.

Some other "Off Piste" Suggestions

You may find some Off Piste venues of your own to dance at. Whilst down in the vicinity of The Victoria in John Bright Street you may wish to ask at Brew Dog or Cherry Reds. Birmingham Rapper have been regular visitors at these locations. Please remember to ask politely to perform at any "off piste" venues - we will have to deal with the consequences of any complaints afterwards. Please respect any managers' decisions.
